Your seller

Your seller is identified before checkout and on your purchase confirmation. Depending on your billing details, it is Ridzonova s.r.o., IČO 21282595, DIČ CZ21282595, Masarykovo náměstí 38/21, Moravská Ostrava, Ostrava, Czech Republic; or Marek Minár, IČO 24023353, Gajdošova 2422/12, Ostrava 70200, Czech Republic. Marek Minár is not a VAT payer.

Membership and billing

Membership provides the course library and benefits described on the membership page. The selected monthly or annual price is shown before payment. Subscriptions renew automatically at the agreed interval until cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel future renewals. Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid subscription period, with access continuing until then. Except where required by law or agreed as a goodwill refund, unused portions of that period are not refunded.

Withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer with a statutory right of withdrawal, you may withdraw within 14 days of entering the contract without giving a reason. Withdrawal ends the membership and access rather than merely stopping the next renewal.

If you expressly requested that a service begin during the withdrawal period and the legal conditions for charging for early performance have been met, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service provided before you notified us of withdrawal. The amount reflects the value of the service supplied in relation to the agreed contract price, as required by applicable law. We will explain any deduction.

Watching lessons does not automatically remove your withdrawal right or justify withholding the full price. Where the law does not permit a deduction, we will provide the full refund required by law. These terms do not themselves constitute an express request for early performance or a waiver of withdrawal rights.

To withdraw, send your seller a clear statement identifying your purchase and saying that you wish to withdraw; you do not need to give a reason or use particular wording. Email info@ridzonova.store or send it to the seller’s address above. Any refund due will be made without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without refund fees.

We may also offer goodwill refunds after reviewing an individual request, including whether paid content was used. This discretion does not restrict statutory rights.

Faulty or unavailable service

Your statutory rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital content or services remain unaffected by these terms.
